Real Leathers (+£50/chair)

Leather is a 100% natural product, that has long lasting durability and will develop a patina over time.

Each hide bears it's own distinctive characteristics, including creases, scars, bites and growth marks.

Markings and colouring will vary between hides, giving the leather it's own unique yet authentic appearance

All colours shown are only representative and may be subject to slight variation

'Aniline' dyes showcase the natural texture and markings of each hide, including scars & wrinkles. Regarded as the epitome of high quality leather, it is not coated and will develop it's own patina and achieve a classic leather look with age.

'Pull-up' aniline leather, has a coating of oil or wax for protection and to give it a distressed look.

'Semi-aniline' dyes contain a small amount of pigment, bringing more colour consistency and durability, while still allowing natural characteristics to be displayed

'Pigmented' leather is sprayed with a pigmented top coat to create a uniform colour, covering all natural characteristics.  It is then embossed with a leather grain pattern for a more consistent look.

Care: Dust and wipe with a damp cloth as required, occasionally condition with a suitable leather product to avoid drying and cracking over time (aniline leathers require a little more care).
